  • Then, you’ll begin working one-on-one with your advisor to design an Alignment Plan. You’ll identify the key goals you want to work toward, and your advisor will help you break down this goal into smaller steps you can take to achieve it.
  • With your plan established, you’ll work on making progress toward your goal with the support of your advisor. You’ll decide the frequency of your coaching sessions, during which you’ll discuss your progress and make adjustments to your plan as necessary
