Allison Sollman truly embodies the definition of a Concierge for Aligned Living Collective. Behind the scenes, Allison is an organized multitasker who wears several hats to manage routine business needs, execute special projects, and support the Team with her clerical knowledge and technical skill. Allison brings over ten years of administrative and operations-related experience to our team and works closely with leadership to improve performance and achieve overarching company goals.

Personally, Allison is a natural-born entrepreneur. She holds her real estate license and owns a growing vacation rental portfolio. Allison resides in the Tampa Bay Area, is a mom of one, and fuels her passion for food through home cooked meals and scouting the best up-and-coming local restaurants in the area.
